The New Brighton Parks and Recreation Department will host the 8th Annual Health & Fitness Expo on Saturday, January 12 from 9:30 am-1:30 pm at the New Brighton Community Center. This free event includes expert health and fitness vendors eager to share their knowledge and passion for total health in life.

- Sample group fitness classes
- Personal training advice
- Kid friendly activities, including an inflatable jumper and $1 off Eagles Nest Indoor Playground admission

- A $25 discount on memberships at the New Brighton Community Center Fitness Center
