LEADERSHIP THROUGH CHANGE!
Join us for this yearly event as we highlight the past years successes, recognize our volunteers and Board members, and hear from a marquee featured speaker. Karl Johnson leads executive development and organizational change programs for corporate and non-profit clients of Carlson Executive Education at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. His current work focuses on leveraging leader and team development to accelerate strategic collaboration and organizational change. Johnson is an expert in the field of strategic change. His work has been recognized by UNICON, a consortium of over 80 business schools worldwide, as one of six case examples of the most innovative work in executive education.
