In collaboration with the Biggest Loser TV program the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce is promoting this healthy lifestyle challenge. KARE 11 TV is the local broadcaster of this TV program.
While this is an online event designed for teams of 4 people competing against each other your chamber will host social events for participants to get to know each other.
Our host for these social networking events is Anytime Fitness of Shoreview.
So gather your colleagues and/or some clients to form your team of 4 people ready to improve their health in 2016!
