Event Description
You're never too old to start something new. Exercise strengthens cardiovascular health, increases bone density, helps with posture and mobility, and builds a foundation of health no matter your age or fitness level. Some studies even suggest that the higher your muscle mass is, the more likely it is you will live longer. It IS possible to be the fittest and healthiest you've ever been in your life when you are over 50. The goal may no longer be competition, but with goals like being in shape, healthy, and active you can achieve great things. During this session, you will hear from expert Dawn Bryant, and a panel of individuals over 50 who have found ways to integrate fitness into their lives. You will leave this session inspired and armed with helpful tips to get moving!
