These clinics, run by Ted Landwehr of Landwehr Law Offices, will be open on the third Wednesday of each month. They will be 1.5 hour sessions on various topics affecting businesses. Topics include:

*The 'how to' of hiring & firing
*Contract issues
*Succession planning
*Intellectual property & licensing
*Collecting debts

In August, the chamber received a grant from Sam's Club, Fridley to use for services that help small businesses. We have partnered with Ted Landwehr with Landwehr Law Offices to provide various knowledge and services for current and potential small business owners.
