The Twin Cities North Chamber will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Penny Pinchers Thrift Store on Tuesday, December 4 at 4:30 p.m.  Penny Pinchers Thrift Store is a coordinated by Northwest Youth and Family Services.  Penny Pinchers Thrift Store serves as a work and life skills training program for youth ages 13-17 who have had few or no positive work experiences.  Many of these youth are also struggling with learning disabilities, emotional disorders and other difficulties.  Penny Pinchers is moving to a new retail location within Mounds View Square.  Please stop by this ribbon cutting event to check out the deals!
