Event Description
’X and Y Factor:  Dealing with Different Generations in the Workplace’

The generational divide has gotten wider recently, now that for the first time we have up to four generations of people working side by side.  These differences can be further widened by the "digital divide" - the degree of comfort and application by workers using the rapidly morphing technologies used in the our workplaces ...  Older workers wonder why the young people don’t “get it” ... Younger workers wonder why the older folks don’t "get it" ... The good news: Like so many other differences we encounter each day, the generational divide can also be bridged, and even used as a springboard to help the team reach new heights.  Kim Ratz, Speaker-Trainer-Singer-Songwriter will share some stories, suggestions and even a song to help remind you of reasons to hope, and improve some skills to cope with the generational divide.
